Service Description

Artavest Pro is a professional Elliott Wave analysis platform focused on US stocks and ETFs. The platform provides weekly wave analysis, AI-assisted commentary, research reports, portfolio evaluations, and related tools. All analysis is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

Subscription Plans

Artavest Pro offers three subscription tiers:

• Starter ($49/month or $470/year): 38 instruments — broad US indexes, all 11 GICS sector ETFs, and 24 blue-chip stocks.
• Pro ($99/month or $950/year): 71 instruments — adds growth/tech stocks, broader index/bond ETFs, dividend, international and thematic exposure, plus 1 Stock Request per month.
• Elite ($149/month or $1,430/year): All 108 instruments — adds crypto ETFs, leveraged products, energy-transition themes and high-conviction growth names, plus 2 free research reports per month, 3 Stock Requests per month, and priority access.

Credit System

Certain features, including research reports and additional Stock Requests beyond tier limits, require credits. Credits can be purchased in packages ($25, $50, or $100). Elite subscribers receive 2 complimentary research reports per month; additional reports and all reports for Starter/Pro subscribers require credits.

Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Upon account termination, unused credits are forfeited.

Stock Requests

Stock Requests allow subscribers to request analysis for instruments not currently covered. Elite subscribers receive 3 requests per month, Pro subscribers receive 1 per month, and Starter subscribers may purchase additional requests with credits.

Requests are subject to deduplication: if multiple users request the same instrument, a single analysis is produced and a credit is deducted from each requesting user. We process a maximum of 15 unique instruments per week through the Stock Request system.

Portfolio Evaluation

Portfolio Evaluation is a separate paid service where users submit their holdings for an Elliott Wave perspective report. This service is charged either through credits or a flat fee. Portfolio data submitted for evaluation is used solely for generating the requested report and is not shared with third parties.

Purchases and Payments

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including your payment method details and billing information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The Service uses third-party services (Stripe) for payment processing. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price, error in your order, or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select).

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or ARTAVEST OY cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal by contacting ARTAVEST OY customer support (hello@artavest.com) at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process subscription payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize ARTAVEST OY to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, ARTAVEST OY reserves the right to cancel your subscription if the renewal payment is not received after two attempts.

Fee Changes

ARTAVEST OY, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

ARTAVEST OY will provide you with two weeks notice through the email registered to your account for any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credit balances may be refunded at the sole discretion of ARTAVEST OY upon request.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ARTAVEST OY and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

"Artavest Pro" is a trademark of ARTAVEST OY. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ARTAVEST OY.

All wave analysis, research reports, charts, and commentary published through the Service are proprietary content. Subscribers may not redistribute, republish, or resell any content without written permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ARTAVEST OY and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or (b) a breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ARTAVEST OY, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In the event that this limitation of liability is deemed ineffective by a court, you agree that ARTAVEST OY's liability shall be limited to a maximum of 1 month's subscription fee of your chosen subscription plan. The exclusive venue of any proceeding under this agreement shall be Helsinki, Finland.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service.

Arbitration

You agree that any disputes arising from the use of this website and ARTAVEST OY's services, including disputes arising from or concerning interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the Finland Arbitration Institute, applying Finnish law.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
